All business plan information can be accessed by Fresno County Emergency Response Team staff 24 hours a day through Fresno County Sheriff Dispatch at 559- 488–3111 or during working hours by contacting the CUPA at 559–445–3271. Each plan is verified by an on-site inspection by the CUPA upon first submittal and at least once every three years.
